Policies & Procedures
At Inner Healing, we aim to create a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for your healing journey. Please review the following general policies before your visit:
- Appointments: Sessions are by appointment only. We offer both in-person and virtual therapy options.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours for cancellations or rescheduling. Monday appointments must be cancelled no later than the corresponding time on Thursday the week prior.
- Confidentiality: Your privacy is a priority. All client information is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.
- Intake Process: After scheduling a first visit, new clients will be registered in our electronic medical record (EMR) system. You must complete all intake forms prior to your initial consultation to ensure the best fit and care approach. Failure to complete intake forms may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
Insurance & Payment
We are in the process of being credentialed to accept all major insurance providers. In the meantime, you can file directly with your insurance provider using the superbill provided by Inner Healing.
Out-of-Pocket Fees
For clients not using insurance or for services not covered by insurance, the following private pay rates apply:
- Initial Intake Session: $350 (with MD), $250 (with ARNP)
- Follow-up 20 minutes: $175 (with MD), $125 (with ARNP)
- Follow-up 50 minutes: $300 (with MD), $225 (with ARNP)
- Late cancellations or missed appointments: Cost of the appointment. This cannot be billed to insurance.
- Forms or outside of appointments: Clinician's hourly rate
- Extensive phone calls: Clinician's hourly rate
- Prior authorizations: $25
- TMS: Please speak with our administrative and billing staff for cost estimates.
